I am a busy mother of 3 suffering from vertigo. I sought out the help of a local Ear, Nose & Throat physician who diagnosed me with BPPV. I had 2 manual epley table maneuvers but the vertigo still continued. At this point, depression started kicking in. I was feeling frustrated, helpless, sick, and exhausted. After doing research online, I e-mailed Dr. Hansen’s office and Dr. Hansen responded personally. You don’t hear of that happening very often! She was very sympathetic to my problem and we made a plan for me to fly down there the very next day. I jumped on a plane, rented a car and found a hotel near her office. Dr. Hansen met with me the next morning and treated me with the Omniax chair. I went back to the office the next day and there was no vertigo! It worked! I flew back home that evening and I have not had any vertigo since. That was 3 weeks ago!!! Within days, I started to get my energy back………..the depression went away…………..I became my old self.

This was truly a life changing event and I will be forever greatful to Dr. Hansen and the Omniax System.

I recently saw a television segment on WFLA out of Tampa with Gayle Guyardo about treating vertigo utilizing the Epley Omniax System. I saw that Dr. Kelly Hansen utilizes this system to treat vertigo and scheduled an appointment with her. I was treated for BPPV and followed up with her a week later. This time the evaluation showed no evidence of crystals and I did not experience dizziness during the evaluation. Prior to this, I underwent six weeks of physical therapy which included a half a dozen attempts to clear the BPPV. With the Epley Omniax System, I only needed one treatment and I believe I have received the “cure” for my BPPV. I also believe that this system is far superior to that available through physical therapy, in that the chair allows positioning in ways not possible otherwise. I also believe the chair to be far more exact in performing the Epley Maneuver. I am thrilled that this treatment option is now available. Thank you for helping me work through this problem!

We wanted to let you know how wonderful we appreciate your care and patience. You did not rush us or mind taking the time to do things right. We have had such bad luck with other hearing aids. It seems all we did was send the hearing aids to be repaired and pay more money. At times we thought we would never find any help or be able to hear. Dr. Hansen started off by giving me a thorough hearing exam. She did a bunch of vestibular tests and once she determined that I had calcium deposits in my ear, she told me about a new machine in her office called the Epley Omniax System. It was a really unusual, amazing experience. I was strapped into a chair that made me feel like I was in a space age. It looks like a large cylinder with feet. Goggles were put on my head and I had to keep my eyes open really wide as the chair went through different movements. I could not believe how different I felt after just one treatment with Dr. Hansen. It was amazing. Dr. Hansen had me come in for a follow up just to make sure my vertigo was gone, and surely it was. I feel like I have my life back!
