With solid customer service skills and a robust background including 30-plus years as a senior collector, Jenny brings a passion for helping others to her role. Joining Trinity Hearing & Balance has not only meant a thrilling change in career for Jenny but also an opportunity to work with her cousin — clinic owner and audiologist Dr. Kelly Hansen — and the rest of the dedicated team.

Ask Jenny what she most enjoys about her new career, and you’ll quickly learn that patients play a big part. “I love working one-on-one with patients, helping them with their hearing aids and getting to know them individually,” says Jenny, who is state-licensed as an audiology assistant and has earned certification in earwax removal with OtoSet®.

Outside the office, Jenny treasures time with family, including walking on the beach and swimming in the Gulf with her husband as well as getting together with her cousins. She also stays close to loved ones back home in Indiana, where her daughter lives. She’s especially excited to soon become a grandma!
