With nearly two decades in customer service and management along with experience as a stay-at-home mom, Marissa Rubert has a knack for engaging people, turning challenges into solutions, and bringing out the smile in just about anyone.

“My favorite part of my job is to give each patient an amazing experience,” says Marissa, winner of the 2022 Audigy First Impression Award, a hearing-industry honor. “I also love to watch how our patients’ lives change because they get the gift of hearing again.”

Outside the office, Marissa can often be found enjoying time with her husband, children, and adult stepchildren; volunteering at her children’s school; or taking the boat out for some fun on the water.
